Sanctuary

Our lives are filled with transitions, which means lots of endings and lots of beginnings. Endings and beginnings donʹt always line up. Sometimes they overlap, and other times, there is space in between. What do we do in this liminal space? How can we use these in between times to make our spirits more resilient to change?
