Church Administrator Position available

The Church Administrator collaborates with the Parish Minister and functions as the “hub” of the church by interacting
with the staff, the lay leadership, and the First Parish community. The CA organizes and ensures the smooth and efficient
functioning of First Parish operations, either directly or with service providers, staff, and volunteers.
The CA coordinates all office functions and record keeping, manages the facilities, including rentals, maintenance, and
building management functions, and is involved with budget preparation and the Annual Pledge Drive.
