Nate Ramsayer, an archaeologist and biblical scholar will give two lectures on successive Thursday evenings in October on Zoom.
Thursday, October 22, 7:00 to 8:30: Nate will discuss biblical archaeology generally—the excavation process, how artifacts and sites are dated, and the differences between good and poor archaeological methods. He will also bring a number of artifacts that are up to 5000 years old.
Thursday, October 29, 7:00 to 8:30: Nate will discuss what archaeology has told us about the Bible and how understanding material culture informs our modern perspective on biblical events.
