First Parish seeks a Church Administrator to begin in September 2019.

The Church Administrator collaborates with the Parish Minister and functions as the “hub” of the church by interacting with the staff, the lay leadership, and the First Parish community. The CA organizes and ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of First Parish operations, either directly or with service providers, staff, and volunteers.

The CA coordinates all office functions and record keeping, and manages the facilities including rentals, maintenance, and building management functions. This is a full time position.
