As the crucial November 2020 election approaches, many of us are wondering what we can do to influence the outcome.
We invite you to a zoom on Wednesday, June 3rd, at 4:00 pm to learn how you can take action from home with a sliver of time or an even bigger chunk of time.
Together with Minuteman Indivisible, our First Parish partner, we will outline several important non-partisan campaigns that 1) register voters who have been disenfranchised, mostly people of color in southern states, 2) encourage voters to sign up for ballots by mail, and 3) ask the presidents of the country’s colleges and universities to adopt a well-organized plan to register their students to vote.
We will give you all the resources you need to do all you can to influence this election. The future of the country depends on the collective efforts of each of us.
