We are glad you are considering having a memorial service or celebration of life for your loved one at First Parish in Lexington. Whether you are a member of First Parish or not, we welcome your inquiries.

When a family member dies, the minister and family make arrangements for a service. Together you’ll work out a time for the service that is suitable for family members, the minister, and the church, and design the memorial service in consultation with the senior minister and the minister of music.

To schedule a memorial service, please contact our director of operations who will connect you with our senior minister to discuss details of the service as well as confirm facility availability and dates. Consider including a reception after the service in our gorgeous Parish Hall. This is an opportunity to express condolences and exchange remembrances, and is a means of providing comfort and support.
